Order Confirmation: 

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order.  This confirmation email indicates we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we'll reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment.  

Suppose your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1 to 3 business days for Small Parcel Orders & within 3 to 5 days for larger LTL Freight Orders).  In that case, we will process the charge and submit your order for packaging and shipment.

Suppose your item(s) are on backorder or out of stock.  In that case, we will not process the charge.  We will give you a courtesy call or email informing you of the item(s) unavailability and assist you in finding alternative item(s) or canceling your order.

Order Shipment:  

If your order is in stock and we process the charge to your credit card, it will ship ((within 1 to 3 business days for Small Parcel Orders & within 3 to 5 days for larger LTL Freight Orders) from the date of your order.

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.

We work very hard to ensure we offer our customers the absolute best online prices.  If you find another online only store that offers a lower advertised price than us within six months of your purchase date, please contact us, and let us know.  We will refund your original payment for the price difference.

Our Hassle-Free 30-day Return Policy:

• Eligibility for Return: Products must be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

• Condition Requirements: For buyer's remorse, all products must be Unused, Unassembled, and Undamaged. It should be in original factory-sealed packaging, if applicable.

Product Arrived Damaged:

We apologize for any inconvenience. Brands take great pride in upholding their reputation and customer service expectations.

Mirrors are glass, and they are inspected for damage before delivery and carefully packaged. 

There is a rare occasion when a package might sustain damage during shipping by the carrier.

In this case, the freight carrier (shipping company) would be liable for your package arriving damaged.

For an expeditious and successful damage return claim to be processed with the shipping carrier:

• Please immediately inspect the packaging of your item(s) at the time of delivery in front of the driver, if applicable.

• If you notice any damage to the box or mirror, please take photos of the damage to the box, the damage to the product, and a clear picture of the shipping label with your name and address.

• Please immediately email returns@distinctmirrors.com with the photos so we can compare your photos to the carrier's delivery status photos and start a damage return claim.

In all instances of products arriving damaged, we will process an insurance claim with the shipping company on your behalf, and ship you a new product or replacement part as soon as possible, if applicable.

We have a "No-Returns Policy" on item(s) or brands marked "Non-Returnable" unless damaged or defective:

• Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when you placed your order.

• If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for your return shipping costs and insurance charges for the total retail value of your item(s).

Restocking Fee Notice:

Please be advised that select brands may incur a restocking fee of 5% to 20% for buyer remorse returns. This fee helps cover the costs of processing returns, ensuring they can continue providing you with high-quality products and services.
