Price Match
We work very hard to ensure we offer our customers the absolute best online prices. If you find another online only store that offers a lower advertised price than us within six months of your purchase date, please contact us, and let us know. We will refund your original payment for the price difference.
We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our website has a lower price for the item you ordered within 90 days of your purchase date, we will also refund you the price difference.
To request your partial refund, please email us a link to the same product on our website or our competitor's website within 90 days from the date of your order. We will process the credit accordingly.
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates, buy one, get one free offer, and click for a better price are NOT eligible
- The item must currently be in stock on the competitor's website
- The competitor must be an online store only; they may NOT have a retail location (brick and mortar)
- The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (i.e., eBay, overstock, et cetera.)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question, Not a Reseller
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges; it excludes sales tax
Order Confirmation + Shipping & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. This confirmation email indicates we have received your order via Shopify.
Suppose your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1 to 3 business days for Small Parcel Orders & within 3 to 5 days for larger LTL Freight Orders). In that case, we will process the charge and submit your order for packaging and shipment.
Suppose your item(s) are on backorder or out of stock. We will give you a courtesy call or email informing you of the item(s) unavailability and assist you in finding alternative item(s) or canceling your order.
All orders ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, ensuring authenticity, secure packaging, and timely delivery:

Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a hassle-free return process:
- 30-Day Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of shipping for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, parts, and accessories.
- Refunds: Will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Shipping & Packaging Guidelines for Returns:
We offer free shipping on all orders. However, if your order has already shipped, return shipping and insurance costs will be your responsibility based on the item’s value.
For large items shipped on crates or pallets, returns must be securely repackaged to prevent damage during transit:
- Secure to a Pallet: Use ratchet straps or similar materials to tie the box securely to the pallet, preventing shifting.
- Shrink Wrap (if applicable): Use shrink wrap for extra protection after securing the item.
- Professional Packaging (recommended): Consider hiring a professional packaging company to ensure the best results.
If exchanging due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect size or color), please place a new order. Refunds will be issued once the original item is returned undamaged.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience. To process a damage claim quickly:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- If you notice damage to the box or product, take photos of the damage to the box, the product, and the shipping label with your name and address.
- Email these photos to returns@distinctmirrors.com so we can initiate a damage claim with the shipping carrier.
We will file the insurance claim and send you a new product or replacement part as quickly as possible, if applicable.
Shop Pay Financing Options
- Add items to your cart (or shopping bag).
- Checkout with Shop Pay.
- Choose the option to pay in installments.
Your first payment is due at checkout. The remaining payments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay based on your chosen payment plan. Don't worry. You'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.
When choosing Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into flexible installments.**
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later.
Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees.**

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and phone number.
Customers with international billing addresses and phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Installments.
Yes, 17,500 USD is the order value limit that applies to purchases using Shop Pay Installments, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
You can't purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments.
Suppose you want to purchase gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments eligible products.
In that case, you need to place two separate orders.
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment.
However, partial or late payments might impact your credit score or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.

After your refund is processed, the refund amount will appear on your payment schedule within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
Suppose your refund is more than your purchase balance. In that case, the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
If your order is made with monthly payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing and isn't refundable.

Klarna Financing Options
Financing allows you to spread the cost of your purchase for up to 24 months.
How to finance your purchase:

You'll receive an email from Klarna with your payment plan when our store ships your order.
Please note: A credit check will be performed when you apply for Klarna's Financing options.
That depends on your agreement.
- If your purchase is added to your Financing account, it will be due at the end of each month.
- If you used a One-time card to make your purchase, your first payment would be due one month after your order was processed and then monthly after that on the same date each month.
